Did you know that you are three times more likely to be involved in an accident when changing lanes than if you continue to drive in the same lane?

Or how about this fact – as reported by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration?

1 out of every 25 vehicle accidents is due to unsafe lane changes and merges. That’s approximately 630,000 collisions every year! So what can you do to avoid becoming a “lane change” statistic?

Well … one of the biggest culprits for this safety issue is Blind Spots! So let’s address this problem. The bad news is that most vehicles have blind spots because drivers create them by adjusting their mirrors incorrectly. The good news is that this problem can be easily fixed.

This “One Second Advantage™” Safety Tip will help you improve your safety performance by showing you how to properly adjust your mirrors and eliminate virtually all blind spots. Using our proven technique, you will have the advantage of a 360° view around your vehicle; 180° in front of the vehicle by using your normal, direct and peripheral vision and 180° behind your vehicle with properly adjusted mirrors.
